Bored with your normal gym routine or looking for some guidance on your fitness journey? This class brings excitement and years of training knowledge to you. Build muscle, gain confidence, and burn some serious calories in our 45-minute fitness class.
Our professional trainer, Travis Klinghagen, will guide you through climbing exercises, calisthenics, resistance exercises, and endurance training to give you an amazingly well rounded program and experience. Utilize heart rate monitor screen to keep yourself working hard and stay focused during the workout. You haven't experienced a workout like this! Not sure if this is a good fit? Adult Intro Tech Class
Climbing is simple, right? Well yes and no. We know we are moving our hands, arms, legs to move in the direction we want to. We know we are trying to not fall. But we also know that sometimes it feels like we are a floppy fish and the only direction we seem to perfect is down!
Imagine being able to feel more confident in the gym or outdoors while climbing. Imagine being able to climb on not just a few climbs but a majority. Imagine learning how to accomplish this with others that have the same goals as you. Well, now it's reality! Our coaches love the opportunity to help other climbers achieve their goals using programs and lessons that make climbing feel, SIMPLE!
Register and join our weekly adult climbing technique class on Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm. Spots are limited so make sure to sign-up asap. Currently, all ability levels will be accepted.

This program is for kids ages (6 to 17) and will give climbing instruction to help inspire confidence, build character, and provide amazing fitness. The class is 1 time per week (approx. 4/month), though you are welcome to join additional sessions!
The climbing group will be broken into sections based on development. Each climber will have objectives to complete to advance to further levels.

Let’s kick off the 2022-2023 climbing season. Climberz has 3 different climbing team divisions: U11, Youth REC, and Youth CLUB.
U11: Competitive climbing practice for ages 6-10 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7pm.
Youth REC: Competitive climbing practice for ages 11-19 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8pm.
Youth CLUB: Competitive climbing practice for ages 11-19. This is a very intensive program designed for athletes who have goals of competing in regionals, divisionals, and nationals. Practice is held Tuesday-Friday from 8-9pm.
