Bored with your normal gym routine or looking for some guidance on your fitness journey? This class brings excitement and years of training knowledge to you. Build muscle, gain confidence, and burn some serious calories in our 45-minute fitness class.
Our professional trainer, Johnny Monroe, will guide you through climbing exercises, calisthenics, resistance exercises, and endurance training to give you an amazingly well rounded program and experience. Adult Climbing Class
Ready to learn how to take your climbing skills from the gym to the great outdoors? In this class our goal is to help prepare you for your very first outdoor climb!
We will be covering the basics of outdoor bouldering, top rope, and lead climbing. We will provide all of the necessary gear, so all you need is yourself and the desire to learn!

This program is for kids ages (6 to 17) and will give climbing instruction to help inspire confidence, build character, and provide amazing fitness. The class is 1 time per week (approx. 4/month), though you are welcome to join additional sessions!
The climbing group will be broken into sections based on development. Each climber will have objectives to complete to advance to further levels.
